1. PLATFORM IDENTITY & ROLE

Hondupedidos is a digital intermediary platform connecting users abroad with local merchants and delivery services in Honduras. Hondupedidos does NOT manufacture, store, or sell products directly. All goods are provided by independent third-party merchants who are solely responsible for quality and fulfillment.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering, or making a purchase on Hondupedidos, the user fully agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERY

Accuracy: The user must provide correct delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact names.
Recipient Availability: For perishable goods (food/flowers), the recipient must be available. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the order will be marked as "Completed" with no refund.
Proof of Delivery: Digital confirmation, photos, or signatures from the delivery agent serve as final proof of fulfillment.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Options include:

Hondupedidos Wallet (Instant): Credit issued immediately to your account. Non-expirable and avoids international banking delays.
Original Payment Method: Processing takes 5 to 30 business days. Note: Service fees and payment processor commissions may be non-refundable.

5. ELIGIBILITY

Refunds apply for: Merchant cancellations, out-of-stock items, or incorrect/damaged products reported within the 12-hour window.

Refunds DO NOT apply for: Change of mind after preparation, user input errors, or perishable goods delivered in good condition.

6. PRICING AND ERRORS

Hondupedidos reserves the right to cancel any order containing pricing errors or incorrect descriptions. In such cases, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment. We use encrypted payment gateways (PayPal/Stripe) to ensure your financial information is never stored on our servers.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Users agree to contact us directly to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hondupedidos is a bridge between buyer and seller. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from merchant-sold products. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in dispute.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without prejudice to international digital commerce regulations and payment processor policies.
